SLO Wellness Center with Sandy Sacas

Sandy is a pretty awesome triathlete and was part of a tri club in
college

Training + _________ = performance

Answer: recovery!

If you want to get better, make sure you recover after a tough
workout

HRV: Heart Rate Variability

An indicator of a way our nervous system is working on a day to
day basis

Get an app that helps monitor this, such as sweet Beat

This changes based on the intensity of your workout

There is an app that will take your heart rate and track it

Great way to see how your body is doing.

They will take your insurance if it works

You can get an eval visit ($125) for only $175

Other discounts for tri club members as well

If you start a relationship with sandy and can’t afford it, he can
work something out for you
