Workouts

There is absolutely NO experience necessary or expected. Workouts have varying difficulties and are geared for everyone from a beginner to a triathlon champion.

All practices while school is in session will have a coach or assistant to lead the group and help individuals. All swims are at the Rec Center pool and all rides and runs meet in front of the Rec Center, unless otherwise specified.
