Workouts
Swim: Continue refining our technique. Experienced swimmers focus on endurance/aerobic capacity.
Bike: Perfecting our pack-riding skills. Learning to ride safely and comfortably with others. Rides are done in the small chain ring. Pace is easy-moderate.
Run: Building our aerobic engine through easy-moderate intensity running over increasingly longer distances. This Sunday we will run at Irish HIlls near Costco.
